Registered Nurse (RN) - Erie, Pennsylvania - Join the Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab Team! Monday thru Friday 2nd or 3rd Shift 8hr or 12 hr shifts available. No weekends!!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Walnut Creek Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, 115-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Erie, Pennsylvania. About the Role:

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team. Our RNs work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
