We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven HR Technology Analyst to join our growing Human Resources team.  This role is responsible for partnering with HR team members to support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integrity of all HR-related systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a passion for data integrity and supporting HR functions, as well as the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR systems operate efficiently, support organizational needs, and maintains accurate and secure employee data. The HR Technology Analyst is relied upon to identify opportunities to improve processes in payroll, benefits, recruitment, invoice reconciliation, and reporting to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.  

Key Responsibilities

HR System Administration & Support

  • Maintain and configure HRIS and related systems (e.g. Paycom, Compease, 15Five, etc) ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
  • Exercise a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, including payroll, benefits, and personnel data, in compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide training to HR staff and managers on system functionality and best practices; troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
  • Manage security, permissions, and user access for all HR related systems.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system enhancements, integrations, and implementations.

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits (e.g. building schedules, timecard maintenance, offer generation, invoice reconciliation, and benefits enrollment validation).
  • Support annual and cyclical HR processes such as open enrollment, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Partner with HR team members to streamline workflows and improve system utilization; recommend and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support compliance, audits, and business needs.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
  • Ensure HRIS data and reporting comply with applicable data protection regulations, internal policies, and organization standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes in payroll, benefits, recruitment, invoice reconciliation, and reporting to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in Human Resources Information Systems with a requisite understanding for financial institution operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR systems required and advanced Excel skills (power query, vlookups, pivot tables) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to produce reports and analyze information to make informed decisions.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting system issues and providing end-user support.
  • Team-oriented with a strong collaborative mindset, actively supporting team members and contributing to a positive and high-performing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
    • Directly related experience, in addition to minimum years required, may be considered as a substitution.
  • Three (3) years of related experience, ideally in supporting HRIS or HR technology systems.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining HR systems (e.g., payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, performance management platforms) required.
  • Prior experience with integrating software systems is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in generating reports and data analysis in support of business operations required; experience within Human Resources operations desired.
