Job Description

Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
Perform general and advanced dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, oral surgery, and root canal therapy
Utilize cutting-edge technology (iTero, CBCT, Videa A.I.) for enhanced diagnostics and treatment planning
Lead your dental team with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory guidelines
Engage with the Kennewick community through education and outreach, building lasting patient relationships
Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education

Salary Range

Full-time $125,000 - $200,000 per year

Requirements
  • Licensed dentist

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted Washington state dental license
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing as required by dental procedures
Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed
Willingness to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions

Preferences
  • Experienced Dentist (5+ years)
  • Tooth Extractions

Clinical proficiency in comprehensive dentistry; 5+ years of experience preferred
Experience in oral surgery, extractions, implantology, root canal therapy, and Invisalign certification (preferred)
