What You'll Do:
  • Assist dentists and the clinical team during a variety of dental procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
  • Take dental radiographs (or learn to do so through our training program, if applicable).
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre- and post-operative instructions.
  • Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the State of Iowa is preferred, but not required.
  • We welcome experienced dental assistants and are also happy to train motivated individuals who are new to the dental field.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • A passion for providing outstanding patient care.
