Role Summary

Nuuly is looking for an Assistant Inventory Planner. The position plays a key supporting role in the management and movement of inventory to designated sell-off locations. This role assists with inventory tracking, data entry, and basic analysis to help ensure efficient inventory turnover. The Assistant Inventory Planner collaborates with the Associate Inventory Planner and the Senior Inventory Planner to execute day-to-day tasks that contribute to optimizing warehouse space and reducing obsolete inventory.

Role Responsibilities
  • Inventory Tracking: Assist in tracking and documenting slow-moving or obsolete inventory for sell-off.
  • Strategy Execution: Support the Associate Inventory Planner in executing sell-off strategies by maintaining organized records and updating inventory reports.
  • Fulfillment Optimization: Help identify and flag inventory movement bottlenecks and communicate issues to the team.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data entry and basic analysis to support forecasting efforts for inventory sell-off.
  • Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate reporting tools to track inventory flow and sell-off performance.
  • Communication: Communicate inventory updates and status changes to cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to the Inventory Planning team, including organizing reports, scheduling meetings, and tracking key tasks.
