You will work onsite in our hospital facility, which is designed to facilitate rapid diagnosis and treatment of urgent medical conditions. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to determine the health status of patients.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools by ordering and interpreting tests such as blood work, X-rays, and other imaging studies to identify health issues quickly.
• Formulate and execute effective treatment plans for acute illnesses such as infections, injuries, and common musculoskeletal conditions.
• Manage chronic health conditions by working collaboratively with patients to implement actionable lifestyle changes and treatments.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their efficacy while being attentive to patient feedback and response, adjusting as needed.
• Maintain meticulous patient health records and manage scheduling using electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on preventing health issues, understanding diagnoses, and promoting adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care standards.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities aimed at enhancing clinical expertise and maintaining current knowledge of medical advancements.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, serving individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and cultural contexts. Our urgent care facility caters to patients who require immediate medical attention but do not need emergency room services. You will encounter a range of conditions, from minor to moderate acute care cases, requiring a highly adaptable approach to patient care. Your expertise will have a direct impact on their recovery and overall health journey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and DEA number is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine.
• An understanding of current health and patient care regulations, particularly in an urgent care setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and the healthcare team.

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Physician Assistant in a hospital, clinic, ER, or urgent care setting.
• Experience in acute care practices, along with proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Background in managing chronic health conditions and creating patient-centered treatment plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure scenarios with a calm demeanor and strong ethical standards.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 180,000, depending on your qualifications and work experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
