Grand Circle Corporation is the largest American direct marketer of international travel, adventure, and discovery for Americans aged 50 and older and has served more than 1 million travelers since 1958.
Grand Circle is looking for Program Directors (Tour Directors) who are willing to take risks and challenge themselves to provide travelers with unforgettable experiences on our escorted tours:
Alaskan Discovery (10 Days)
  • Destinations: Fairbanks; Denali; Talkeetna; Seward; Anchorage; Juneau & Valdez

The Grand Canyon, Bryce & Zion National Parks (9 Days)
  • Destinations: Phoenix; Tusayan; Page; Springdale; Las Vegas; Santa Fe; Albuquerque; Moab & Durango

The American West: Cody, Yellowstone & Jackson Hole (9 Days)
  • Destinations: Billings; Cody; West Yellowstone; Jackson Hole; Salt Lake City; Kalispell; Helena & Rapid City

What We Require:
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience guiding tours in the above
  • Passion for the destinations, their people, culture, and traditions
  • Go beyond the touristy destination to connect your travelers with the locals
  • Knowledge (History, Everyday Life, Nature, Culture) of the destinations
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions to address last-minute changes
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

Working Responsibilities
  • In charge of the quality of the entire program and delivering an unforgettable experience to our travelers
  • Deliver all the information about the destination/program/schedule.
  • Understand travelers' expectations (especially IC Members) and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.
  • Reconfirms every service with vendors
  • Represent GCT to keep a cordial and formal relationship with our
  • Listen to travelers' feedback, take notes, and communicate with the GCT Office.

What We Offer:
  • Salary: Competitive hourly rate and overtime pay
  • Gratuity: $7-$10 /person/day (Average group size: 35 pax)
  • Incentive: Up to 40% of the base salary upon achieving Excellence goals
