About Eyes on Randolph

Eyes on Randolph was established in 2017 and is part of the award-winning Eyes on Corporation optometry group. With four successful practice locations throughout New England, the optometry group has served the surrounding communities for over 40 years. Patients can expect a total eye care experience as the practice offers comprehensive eye and vision care services and specializes in dry eye syndrome, glaucoma management, red eyes, diabetic eye care, and surgical co-management. The practice also offers specialty contact lenses for patients who require hard-to-fit contacts for a variety of conditions. To support ongoing business growth and competitive advantage, Eyes on Randolph is looking to add an Optometrist to the team of five professionals.

As a locally owned and operated private practice, Eyes on Randolph has a strong focus on exceptional patient care combined with a full range of diagnostic equipment. The team of professionals leverages advanced technology, including, OCT, VF, Fundus Photos, AR, iCare tonometry, and additional technologies. The office was recently remodeled from the ground up and features brand new equipment and a new Optical boutique. Patients enjoy browsing a large selection of designer eyewear collections in a variety of styles, colors, and materials-plus, the Opticians are always ready to provide top-notch service to help patients find the perfect pair of frames.

About the Optometrist Opening

Eyes on Randolph is seeking an Optometrist passionate about providing superior eye care to patients of all ages and visual and health conditions. You'll provide comprehensive vision and eye health care, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision-enhancing solutions-approximately 15 to 23 patients are cared for daily. The position is full-time, offering 40 hours weekly. The practice is looking for a committed team player who continually strives to challenge themselves clinically and is interested in building a career at Eyes on Randolph.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will want to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Optometry license in the state of Massachusetts
  • New graduates and residents are encouraged to apply
