This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in a highly flexible environment. This role harnesses the power of technology to connect with clients through secure video conferencing, ensuring service delivery while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate treatment of clients.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address clients’ specific mental health issues and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that comprehensively meet the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor and assess client progress throughout their treatment journey, providing insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Support clients in developing robust coping strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies regularly.

In this role, you will work with a demographic of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Clients may seek support for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will guide them in their healing processes, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with confidence.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should exist on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfortable using digital platforms for therapy and administrative needs.

While not mandatory, previous experience in a telehealth setting may be beneficial. Familiarity with practice management software and electronic health record systems will enhance your ability to deliver effective patient care. Prior work experience in community mental health or private practice settings can also be advantageous.

Your expertise is valued, and we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, dependent on hours worked. Additional perks include:
