This role works with storefronts, curtain walls, interior glass systems, and specialty glazing. The Glazier is a key field position requiring attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a construction team. No prior experience required. Higgins Group provides hands-on training and opportunities for growth for individuals looking to build a long-term career in construction. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, replace, and repair glass systems, including storefronts, curtain walls, windows, and interior glassRead blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersSafely handle, transport, and install glass panelsUse hand and power tools, suction cups, lifts, and scaffoldingApply sealants, gaskets, and glazing compoundsInspect finished installations for quality and safetyMaintain a clean, safe job site and follow OSHA safety standardsCommunicate with project managers, and team members What We're Looking ForGlazing or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)May be required to provide own tools (i.e. tape measure, impact driver, power drill, etc.) Ability to read basic drawings and take measurementsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable, punctual, and team-orientedValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites Employment contingent upon passing Drug Test, Physical, and E-Verify
