Tristate Material Services is a full-service supplier and installer of commercial construction specialty finishes in the mid-Atlantic region. Tristate purchases from hundreds of manufacturers and supplies to top tier general contractors in the space.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Malvern, PA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and understanding the scope of work. The role involves cost management, budgeting, and collaborating effectively with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates. The Construction Estimator will also engage in regular communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
