Job Title: Electrical Engineering Manager (FPGA)

Experience Required:
• 8+ Years of FPGA/Firmware Development Experience
• Mid-Senior Level

Position Summary:
• Lead a team of FPGA engineers developing firmware for secure tactical communication products.
• Manage FPGA development projects, including staffing, schedules, budgets, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop FPGA-based solutions for wireless communication systems.
• Oversee team performance, career development, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of FPGA engineers.
• Set performance goals, development plans, and training objectives for team members.
• Oversee timecard approvals and supervisory responsibilities.
• Drive project execution to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Develop FPGA project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Manage budgets and timelines for firmware development programs.
• Maintain and improve FPGA development processes and methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and verify FPGA solutions.
• Support delivery of embedded FPGA firmware for communication products.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience developing and verifying FPGA/ASIC-based embedded systems.
• Demonstrated project leadership and technical management experience.
• Strong understanding of FPGA/ASIC development and verification processes.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
