Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the field of commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to effectively cold call and generate leads. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Prospecting:

- Utilize your extensive experience in commercial insurance sales to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and other strategic approaches.

- Research and understand potential clients' business needs, industries, and risk profiles to tailor insurance solutions effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
