Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with policy servicing, answering coverage questions, processing policy changes, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional support.

Both bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) and an active P&C insurance license are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
  • Process endorsements, policy updates, and other service requests accurately
  • Review insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Build long-term relationships through professional, responsive service
  • Support the agency with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
