What You'll Do
  • Clean fuel and oil spills, change liners, and empty trash from all outdoor cans, including those at fuel islands and parking areas, ensuring everything stays spick and span.
  • Make sure everything receives the TLC it deserves by maintaining the car and diesel islands by replacing windshield washer fluid, replenishing towels, and keeping dispensers wiped down.
  • Polish up the property by checking pole lights, signage, and providing necessary supply lists, while handling monthly tasks like pressure washing fuel islands and replacing air filters- "keeping it fresh" in every sense!
  • Keep entryways, walkways, and pathways tidy, free from debris, weeds, and snow, ensuring safe and smooth travels year-round.
  • Make sure everything is moving in the right direction by performing deep cleaning of dispensers, maintain outside windows, and handle minor repairs like replacing burnt-out lights and cleaning refrigeration coils.
  • Respond to snow and rain events by plowing, shoveling, and pumping water from basins - so we are ready to weather any storm!

What You'll Need
  • Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).

Requirements
  • Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation in all seasons.
  • Experience in landscaping and light maintenance is preferred.
  • Able to spring into action on weekends and evenings, when needed, and shift gears quickly.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 80 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
  • Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees.
