Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, educating and advising them on the policies that best fit their unique needs
  • Identify opportunities to round out client accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Issue insurance documentation and assist clients with policy changes
  • Shop renewals and work to maintain strong client retention

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty license is required, but we will help you get your license if needed.
  • 3-6 Years Customer Service Experience
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer software proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
