Job description

The Licensed Insurance Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgeview, IL. This role is responsible for generating new business through prospecting, networking, and responding to inquiries, as well as managing and growing existing client accounts.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs-based insurance reviews, preparing quotes, presenting coverage options, and closing sales for personal and commercial lines. The producer will handle policy changes, renewals, and claims-related questions, ensuring prompt and accurate customer service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in agency systems, following compliance and underwriting guidelines, and participating in local marketing and community outreach activities to increase agency visibility.

Requirements
  • Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance product knowledge, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone and in-person interaction.
