Farmers Insurance Agency in North Dallas, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative.

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service while focusing on new business production. You will work with qualified leads, educate prospects on coverage options, and help them find the right protection for their needs.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team that supports one another and values people who take training seriously, stays focused, and continuously improve so they can excel and grow into higher roles within and outside the agency. The ideal candidate will work from local office but remote positions are available and remote candidates welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Process qualified leads provided by the agency and generate additional opportunities through referrals and networking
  • Educate prospects on coverage options and recommend insurance solutions tailored to their needs
  • Follow up on leads and quotes in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
  • Support agency marketing and local outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prospect records
  • Collaborate with the team on retention and service support so producers can stay focused on sales

Requirements
  • Sales experience (insurance, retail, B2B, or service industries a plus)
  • Experience working with goals, quotas, or commission-based roles
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain quickly) licensing assistance available
  • Background in roles such as teaching, coaching, customer service, or business development is helpful
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, commission-based environment
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, coachable, and team-oriented
