Service Technician | Full Time

Location: Huntington

We are a well-established award-winning family of dealerships who takes pride in offering superior customer service and hiring experienced, knowledgeable team members. Our family of Harley-Davidson dealerships is now accepting applications for full-time self-motivated service technicians with a customer-focused attitude. Local mechanics and small engine repair persons interested in a career change are encouraged to apply. We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
  • Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts
  • Communicate to service manager and service advisor any updates on timeline as well as completion date
  • Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred
  • Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair
  • Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in-dealership training and instructor lead training.

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
