Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of plastic injection molds, as well as troubleshooting mold issues to ensure optimal performance in injection molding presses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection molding operations, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds
  • Clean, inspect, and repair molds to ensure continuous production
  • Install and fit mold replacement parts and components
  • Operate precision machining tools and equipment for mold and part fabrication
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold performance and press operation
  • Interpret mold blueprints, tooling drawings, and quality dimensional data
