We are a Florida-based company with plans for rapid expansion across the states of Florida and New Jersey. We currently have 11 offices in Florida and 4 additional offices open in New Jersey.


We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner for our Jupiter office. Candidates will be required to orient at least 2-3 weeks in Delray Beach, Florida. This may be altered or amended at the discretion of the Director of Nursing.


Infusion Nurse Practitioner

Infusion ARNP Position Responsibilities Summary:


The Infusion Nurse reports to the Nursing Manager and is responsible for providing clinical services. The infusion nurse is responsible for the quality; adequacy of services provided and may, when required, supervise staff. Administers clinical care, prepares progress notes and summaries of care. Keeps the Nursing Manager, physician, and other personnel informed of changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements:

Infusion nurse with current unencumbered APRN licensure to practice professional nursing.


Required: Master's degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from an accredited Nursing program.


Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with two (2) years experience in infusion care, preferred.


  • Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills.
  • Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytic/Critical thinker.
  • Excellent IV skills/ Ability to start IV lines on difficult patients.
  • Pediatric experience a plus.
  • Port access experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and the community.
  • Treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect and present a positive public image.
  • Understands regulatory compliance, federal regulations including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA.
  • Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.

Infusion APRN Physical Requirements:

The Infusion APRN must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
