What You'll Do:
  • Analyze network traffic, usage, and capacity to forecast future needs.
  • Design and implement network policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and deploy new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Configure and support advanced routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, EVPN, MPLS, Multicast).
  • Support Access Networks, WiFi, IPTV, Fixed Wireless, and server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
  • Maintain and enhance network security, including firewalls and endpoint protection.
  • Troubleshoot and support virtualization platforms and Active Directory environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance.

What You Bring:
  • Solid knowledge of telecom equipment, digital switching, and ISP network design.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and security best practices.

Education & Experience:
  • Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • CCNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with digital telephone switching translations is a plus.
  • Strong background in IT engineering preferred.
  • Active Directory (AD) experience preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type:
  • Full-time

Work Schedule and Environment:
  • Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • On-call requirement

Travel:
  • This position requires travel.
