As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing and securing critical projects. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that'll implement time-sensitive technology solutions.

On our team, you'll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You'll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural, you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish a successful and repeatable sprint cadence and deliver secure solutions that meet aggressive timelines.

In this role, you'll directly impact military missions by connecting modern security solutions with existing technology environments. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master serving Agile teams

• ExperienceusingAgile software project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, or Mural, to capture task delivery requirements

• Experiencefacilitating daily stand-up calls, backlogrefinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, roadmapping,and requirements sessions

• Experience coordinating between technical delivery teams and customersto ensuredevelopment requirements are well understood

• Ability to work independently or with minimal directionwhile staying engaged in a team delivery environment

• Ability towork across a team for risk mitigation, using techniques toavoid, reduce,transfer, oracceptrisk

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• CertifiedSAFePractitioner,SAFeAgilist,orCertified Scrum Master (CSM)certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
