Job description

What you will do:

  • Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
  • Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius
  • Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
  • Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options 
  • Provide a top-tier level of customer service
  • Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies
  • Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment
  • Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service
  • Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team 
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.) 
  • Ability to do simple math 
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting   
  • 21+ years of age or older  
  • Be able to pass a background check 
  • Must be willing to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at a moment's notice
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
