Position Description
AK Industrial Services, LLC is a growing hydro-demolition contractor based in Boston, MA. We perform hydro-demolition of concrete, water-blasting services, abrasive-jet water cutting and coatings removal all using high and ultra-high-pressure water.
We are currently hiring experienced CDL A Drivers/Laborers, Water-blasting/hydro-demolition field technicians, and Hydro-equipment operators.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate vac truck during job, including driving truck to and from job site, using the truck during the job, and making sure the truck is functioning correctly.
• Using equipment such as, water blast gun, water lance, dry vacuum hose, wet vacuum hose, shovels, picks, automated tooling, aerial platform lifts and any other equipment needed.
• General labor and Jobsite Safety
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Driving equipment and tools to jobsites
• Cleans equipment prior to return to branch location.
• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Position Requirements
Requirements:
• Experience performing manual labor in an outside setting
• Experience operating a vacuum truck
• Preferred 2-3 years of "hands on" experience with tools or heavy equipment
• Travel (all positions require travel)
• Pre-Employment drug test required
• CDL license required
