Job description

A product development and engineering consultancy in Wilmington, MA is hiring a full-time, hybrid Principal Electrical Engineer Manager to lead the design and development of cutting-edge medical devices, robotics systems, and embedded electronics. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, working with technologies including embedded systems, PCB design, firmware development, microcontrollers, and electronic system architecture.
You'll help shape product architecture, mentor engineers, drive projects from concept through commercialization, and work on innovative technologies that have a real-world impact. If you're looking for a role where you can influence both people and products, this is an excellent next step.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10 + years of Electrical Engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • PCB design experience using Altium, Cadence, Allegro, OrCAD, or similar tools
  • Experience with ARM, Cortex, STM32, PIC, or similar microcontrollers
  • Familiarity with SPI, I@C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet protocols
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers
