We are seeking an experienced Game Director to lead the vision, strategy, and performance of
Bingo Pop, a leading mobile casual casino game. This role is accountable for the long-term
health and growth of the product, balancing player satisfaction with business performance while
leading a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts, exceptional leadership, analytical rigor,
and a deep understanding of the free-to-play mobile gaming market. As Game Director, you will
define the product strategy, prioritize investments, and make high-impact
RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Vision and Strategy: Own the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap including:

  • Defining clear quarterly and annual objectives aligned with the company and studio goals
  • Identifying growth opportunities through feature innovation, content expansion, economy improvements, and player experience enhancements
  • Balancing short-term business performance with long-term franchise health

Live Operations Leadership: Lead LiveOps strategy, including events, promotions, content cadence, economy management and feature launches.ย 

  • Ensure liveops delivers engaging player experiences while maximizing retention and monetization
  • Continuously optimize the player lifecycle through experimentation and data-driven decision making
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitor landscape to evolve our thinking and roadmap

Business Ownership: Own the games overall business performance, including:

  • Working closely with studio & executive leadership to set annual revenue and budget goals
  • Managing key KPI's and metrics (revenue, bookings, DAU/MAU, Retention, monetization and overall game profitability
  • Monitoring performance against target and proactively adjust strategy to improve results

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary development team by:

  • Establishing a high-performance culture centered around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Coach functional leaders while removing obstacles and aligning priorities
  • Fostering an environment where creativity and data-driven decision making co-exist
  • Partner closely with central leaders to ensure alignment around game objective and execution priorities

Player Experience: Lead and manage with a player first mindset and champion the player experience by:

  • Understanding player motivation and behaviors
  • Improving onboarding and progression
  • Enhancing social features
  • Reducing friction
  • Increasing long term engagement

Game Communication: Represent the game to internal and external partners, including:

  • Presenting product strategy, performance, and roadmap to executive leadership
  • Clearly communicating risks, opportunities, investment needs, and strategic recommendations
  • Representing the game during portfolio reviews and business planning cycles
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in mobile free to play gaming
  • 3+ years leading a live mobile game or product team
  • Experience owning or significantly influencing a P&L
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps strategy
  • Experience with free-to-play economies and monetization
  • Proven ability to improve engagement and revenue through product innovation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mind-set
NICE TO HAVE
  • Casual casino or social casino experience
  • Experience managing Bingo or card-based games
  • Experience scaling mature live-service games
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
  • Experience collaborating with User Acquisition and CRM teams
  • Experienced a full production from inception to live-ops of a high-profile f2p casual game.
  • Ability to prototype and demonstrate ideas is a huge plus.
