Description

Position Summary:

Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions. Patrols and promotes safety throughout the facility and properties.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to emergency calls and situations throughout the property.
  • Provide protection of the Casino assets (includes guest's and employees). Provide guest service consistent with departmental standards.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly appearance and demeanor at all times and in all situations.
  • Able to follow the directions of Security Supervisors, Lead Supervisor, Manager, and Director in timely and professional manner
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situations. Document in a concise, accurate manner and list in chronological order, events in a report
  • Ensure that gaming rules, Casino policies and procedures, internal controls and MICS are followed and document any violations.
  • Additionally, any and all other related duties as assigned.

  • Fire suppression training Title 31 training Incident documentation and report writing skills Good verbal and written communication skills Patience, common sense, and a sense of humor
