PRIMARY FUNCTION: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications and cloud-native services from conception to production. This role will be part of a newly formed team focused on delivering internal applications and process improvements that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee experience across the organization.

EXPERIENCE:

  • End-to-End Delivery: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable features across the entire software stack (frontend and backend).
  • Architecture & Code Quality: Drive technical architecture decisions, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • API & System Design: Define clean, robust API boundaries and optimize relational or non-relational database structures for high availability.
  • Collaboration: Partner with project management and cloud engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentorship: Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Backend Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with backend technologies and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, .NET / C#, or Python) and RESTful API design.
  • Databases & Cloud: Working knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and deployment experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualification:

Advanced proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue; deep understanding of state management, responsive UI layout, and web performance optimization. Strong expertise in server-side ecosystems (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python, or Java) and building scalable, idempotent RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Practical experience provisioning cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will accelerate team delivery through strong collaboration and technical execution. They will deliver high-quality, maintainable features aligned with business needs; reduce defect rates and improve application stability; enhance system observability, performance, and reliability; and contribute reusable components and engineering patterns.
