Key responsibilities include maintaining orderly shelter routines; supporting safety and security of the facility and resources; supervising and encouraging guest chores and shared standards; and completing accurate, timely documentation in HMIS, including data entry, audits, and report support while protecting confidentiality.Required qualifications/skills:- High School Diploma- Minimum 2 years’ direct experience working with vulnerable populations- HMIS or similar client data system experience preferred- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; office technology), organized filing, and data-compliance focus- Ability to work afternoons/nights/weekends; walk the facility and lift up to 25 lbs- Respect for Catholic Social Teachings and the mission of SVDPPay: $13.00–$15.00/hour (Full Time, onsite in Baton Rouge).
