Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and organized Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing functions. This generalist role includes responsibilities across event planning, email marketing, flyer and signage creation, internal promotions, and light graphic design. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who enjoys switching gears between creative projects and administrative tasks while ensuring our marketing communications are timely, polished, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral & Print Materials

  • Design and produce flyers, brochures, posters, and internal signage
  • Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials onsite across the resort
  • Ensure all materials align with the brand?s tone and visual identity

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in planning and scheduling email marketing campaigns
  • Draft copy, layout content, and manage distribution lists
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements

Event Support & Promotions

  • Collaborate on planning and promoting special resort events and activities
  • Assist with event setup, signage, and on-site logistics
  • Coordinate with departments for internal event promotions

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing calendar, budget tracking, and vendor communications
  • Help maintain organized archives of marketing assets and photos
  • Support cross-department requests for marketing assistance

General Content & Design

  • Create basic graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Write or edit short marketing blurbs for various platforms
  • Take photos at events or around the resort as needed

Qualifications

  • Well-rounded marketing experience in a generalist or coordinator role
  • Strong written communication and basic graphic design skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Ability to plan and support events and promotions
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends for events
  • Photography or content creation skills are a plus

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
