Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Flexcube Developer based in Tampa, FL for a full-time position. The role involves performing in-depth analysis on production issues, providing solutions for business operations, and deploying code packages in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform in depth analysis on production issue on the internal function for the Banking & Lending Business Logic embedded into the customized cccc product for CPB
• In-Depth front end data analysis and provide solution to Business on the front end to perform corrective action by running through the scenario on the Flexcube product
• Provide alternate workaround to the Business/OPS for a given problem till development fixes the issues
• Provide Adhoc/OnDemand reports to Business with the in-depth Flexcube Product knowledge to pull the data
• Deploy code packages and data packages in production environment and perform required application restart & subsequent sanity checkout
• Monitor EOD batch processing and perform remediation steps on failures
• In-Depth feed data analysis and advise on the data breaks in Flexcube and Partner systems
• Perform infrastructure upgrades including certificate upgrade, service upgrade, and holiday calendar upgrade
• Perform respective Start of Day checkout and End of day checkout
• Perform annual continuity of business recovery test
