DESCRIPTION:


We are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspection, documentation, and other quality assurance activities in support of both development and production.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receiving Inspection (RI)
  • Ensuring completeness of supplier documentation including CoC's, material certifications, First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
  • Review of detailed work instructions
  • Visual and basic dimensional inspection
  • In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) of production builds
  • Completion of build documentation and end-item data packages (EIDPs) for final product delivery
  • Scanning and archival of all build documentation
  • Preparation of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9201
  • Initiation and documentation of NCRs
  • Segregation of non-conforming products

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100
  • Experience in hardware production environment
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Familiarity with electrical drawings
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well and communicate clearly with a team
  • Experience using microscopes
  • Experience with hand measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using a CMM, digital microscope, or other inspection equipment
  • Certification to IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610
  • Training in GD&T

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary for this position is $38,480-89,960. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Maverick RF Solutions considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits:

Full Healthcare Package, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Holidays. Full time employees accrue 10 hours of PTO per month; up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive 80 hours for designated and floating holidays.

Remote Work:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Maverick RF Solutions facility.

Work Schedule:

Flexible: 40 hours (5day x 8hr or 4day x 10hr)
