We're looking for a Software Engineering Intern who enjoys building things, learning quickly, and leveraging modern AI development tools to solve real-world business problems.
What You'll Do
As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll work directly with company leadership to design and develop internal software that improves efficiency across the organization. Projects move quickly, and your work will be used by real employees and customers.

As an intern, you won't spend your summer fixing minor bugs or working on isolated assignments. You'll build software that is actively used throughout the company and have direct exposure to executive leadership, product development, manufacturing, sales, and operations.
You'll gain hands-on experience with:

What You'll Do
As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll work directly with company leadership to design and develop internal software that improves efficiency across the organization. Projects move quickly, and your work will be used by real employees and customers.
Projects may include:
- Building features for DMR's custom internal ERP platform
- Developing web applications using JavaScript and React
- Creating internal business tools and workflow automation
- Assisting with website development and content updates
- Developing customer-facing and internal web applications
- Building and configuring AI-powered agents and chatbots using platforms such as Open Claw
- Integrating APIs and third-party software
- Assisting with light UI/UX improvements and basic graphic design
- Troubleshooting, testing, and improving existing software solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with JavaScript
- Familiarity with React
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Comfortable using Git or other version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- SQL databases
- Python
- Mobile app development
- UI/UX design
- WordPress or website management
- AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow automation
