Role Description

This is a full-time, Field Service Engineer role based in the Baltimore area. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, performing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to address client-specific challenges and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

  • UPS Field Service and Preventive Maintenance experience
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities and communication skills
  • Electrical or engineering credentials or certifications are advantageous
  • Knowledge of various UPS brands and systems is preferred
  • Ability to perform onsite physical tasks and work flexible schedules
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
