Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Track budgets, RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Conduct site walks and assist in monitoring field progress, quality control and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, management, and vendors.
  • Maintain up-to-date drawing sets and ensure distribution of the latest documents to the field and subs.
  • Review subcontractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project plans, specifications and industry standards.
  • Help prepare project closeout documents, including punch lists, warranties, and as-builts.
  • Identify and flag potential issues or risks early and assist in troubleshooting with the PM and field team.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in the Construction Industry
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification prefered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus
