Job description

We are looking for Class A CDL truck drivers who put safety first and take pride in what they do. Join a FedEx Ground contractor out of Kearney, NE who offers home daily schedules and a true focus on safety and reliability.

Earn up to $100,000 per year, including earned bonuses.

Valid Class A CDL Required

Minimum 1 Year of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Required



Full-Time Position Details

  • Full-time schedule of 5 nights per week
  • PM dispatch
  • Dedicated lanes to Kansas City FedEx terminal to terminal routes
  • Drop and hook, no touch freight
  • Consistent weekly mileage
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available
  • 401(k) with a 5% company match after one year
  • Doubles/Triples endorsement required-training assistance is available!


Compensation and Bonuses

  • Average annual earnings up to $100,000, including bonuses
  • Starting pay of $0.50-$0.52 per mile, based on experience
  • Pay increases through the company's tiered scale, up to $0.56 per mile
  • Additional drop and hook pay
  • Earn an additional $0.04 per mile weekly performance bonus
  • Earn an additional $0.06 per mile quarterly safety bonus
  • Average of 2,000+ miles per week


Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL
