Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time FDP Warehouse Technician I to join our FDP Site Unit 2 team located at the Ada Nutrition Services.
Summary:
Responsible for the Nutrition Services store and daily operations. Incumbent will ensure the appearance of the warehouse and store according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) and Chickasaw Nation policies and expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Provides direct distribution of USDA foods to certified households
* Utilizes Point of Sale (POS) software
* Loads food or other items into customer vehicles
* Stocks retail items and supplies in assigned areas
* Monitors use of First In-First Out (FIFO) in accordance with assigned regulations (i.e., product consumption in proper date order)
* Reviews end of month inventory at assigned locations for discrepancies between physical and book inventory using assigned protocols
* Prepares ad hoc reports
* Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereof
* Prepares foods for distribution at the designated Distribution Site
* Cleans assigned area
- Cleans and sweeps floors
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- May empty ash trays
- Disposes of trash
- May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
* May transport items within the Chickasaw Nation with an emphasis in and around assigned area
* Issues, receives, unloads, distributes and accounts for stock supplies and direct issue supplies
* Inspects received shipments for accuracy, damages and defects
* Records temperature readings in the warehouse, cooler and freezer logs according to USDA FNS 501 Handbook regulations
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Ensures inventory reconciliation is prepared for uploading to appropriate software Inventory Control Software and other program systems software (e.g. USDA Web Systems Chain Management software (WEBSCM)
* Performs all other duties as assigned
