Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate has experience working in a dealership environment and is confident in their ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems efficiently and accurately. Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays
Pay: $22-$45 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems

  • Use diagnostic tools and OEM equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns

  • Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle issues, timelines, and recommendations

  • Complete warranty work following factory procedures and documentation requirements

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow all dealership safety protocols

  • Stay current with required training and certifications

Qualifications

  • Automotive repair experience preferred

  • Ford certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience using diagnostic tools and service software

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
