Job description

Job Description

ARDENT Protection is building a reserve pool of experienced Executive Protection professionals for upcoming assignments as client needs continue to grow.

This is not an immediate opening. This is an opportunity to be considered through a structured, assessment-based selection process for future Executive Protection assignments.

Earlier this year, ARDENT entered a service partnership with one of the largest protective intelligence agencies in the world. Within the first two months of that partnership, we collaborated on approximately eight Executive Protection assignments, including:

  • Residential protection for an ultra-high-net-worth family

  • Close protection and secure transportation for senior leadership of a Fortune 50 company

  • Close protection for multiple Fortune 500 executives

As our client needs continue to expand, we are looking to identify disciplined, experienced, and professional EP agents who are ready to operate at a high standard.

At ARDENT, we are committed to raising the standard in the security and protection industry. That commitment is grounded in our core values:

  • People 1st

  • Humble Excellence

  • Genuine Integrity

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to complete a formal evaluation process, which may include direct assessment by our Founder, Mr. Darryl M. Johnson.

What the Selection Process Looks Like

This is a competitive and selective process.

Candidates should be prepared to:

  • Demonstrate sound judgment in realistic protection scenarios

  • Explain prior Executive Protection experience clearly and professionally

  • Display strong communication, discretion, and emotional control

  • Demonstrate situational awareness and threat recognition

  • Explain how they approach client service, confidentiality, and team coordination

  • Perform under evaluation in dynamic environments

  • Be assessed by ARDENT leadership

  • Meet ARDENTโ€™s standards for professionalism, reliability, and conduct

Only candidates who meet or exceed ARDENTโ€™s standards will be selected for the Executive Protection Agent โ€” Reserve position.

Being selected for the reserve pool does not guarantee immediate assignment. It means you have been identified as a qualified candidate for future opportunities based on ARDENTโ€™s client needs.

Why ARDENT Protection

ARDENT Protection believes Executive Protection should reflect the highest level of professionalism, discipline, and care.

Our commitment to People 1st and Humble Excellence shapes how we protect clients, support our teams, and represent the profession.

  • Passion

  • Purpose

We value agents who understand the mission, respect the client, support the team, and take the work seriously without needing the spotlight.

Why Apply Now

The best opportunities often go to the people who are already prepared when the need arises.

We are looking to connect with professionals who are:

  • Ready

  • Reliable

  • Discreet

  • Professional

  • Operating at a high standard

If that sounds like you, weโ€™d like to hear from you.

Apply now to be considered for ARDENT Protectionโ€™s Executive Protection Agent โ€” Reserve pool.
