Job description

Staff Force is hiring experienced Forklift Operators! We are looking for dependable warehouse professionals who are comfortable operating multiple types of material-handling equipment, including Sit-Down Forklift, Reach Truck, EPJ, and Cherry Picker.


Schedule: Various shifts available
Location: Fort Worth / DFW Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts
  • Operate reach trucks
  • Operate EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
  • Operate cherry pickers/order pickers
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pick and pull orders accurately
  • Use RF scanners/WMS systems as required
  • Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area


✅ Requirements

  • Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
  • Must have experience operating multiple types of equipment
  • Experience with sit-down, reach, EPJ, and cherry picker strongly preferred
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to pass required screening
