Dans le cadre de sa croissance, on recherche un commis à la facturation junior pour joindre son équipe à Laval. Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour une personne en début de carrière qui souhaite acquérir de l'expérience concrète, être formée par une équipe expérimentée et évoluer au sein d'une organisation solide.

Principales responsabilités
  • Préparer et émettre les factures à partir des bons de travail.
  • Vérifier les heures travaillées, les matériaux, les pièces et les informations relatives aux interventions.
  • Effectuer les suivis nécessaires afin d'obtenir les informations manquantes.
  • Collaborer avec les techniciens et les différents départements internes.
  • Apporter les corrections et ajustements requis à la facturation.
  • Assurer l'exactitude des dossiers et maintenir les informations à jour.
  • Utiliser Excel et le logiciel Maestro dans le cadre des tâches quotidiennes.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Junior Billing Clerk to join their team in Laval. Key Responsibilities

  • Process billing corrections and adjustments as required.
