Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position combines project management responsibilities with business development and sales, making it ideal for someone who understands concrete construction and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new commercial and residential construction projects.
- Meet with customers to discuss project requirements and provide estimates.
- Prepare proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Manage projects from contract award through completion.
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and crews.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

- Experience in concrete, demolition, excavating, project management, or construction sales.
- Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork, foundations, site work, or related services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
