Are you a curious problem solver looking to launch your career in software engineering? Spectra Logic is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer in Test I to join our team!
In this role, you will be a vital gatekeeper of quality, collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure we deliver reliable, world-class software. • Problem Solve: Identify, log, and track defects, working hand-in-hand with developers to solve puzzles and resolve issues early in the lifecycle.
  • Own the Environment: Support the setup and readiness of test environments so our validation activities always run smoothly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Follow and refine established testing processes to ensure consistency and excellence across the board.

We believe in investing in our people. In this role, you will:
  • Expand your coding skills in languages like Go and Python.
  • Master cutting-edge automation tools, frameworks, and QA methodologies.
  • Deepen your understanding of complex system workflows through cross-functional teamwork.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who loves to learn and has a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate brings:

  • A Growth Mindset: The ability to learn quickly in a technical space and a passion for understanding how complex systems work.
  • Great Communication: A collaborative spirit who thrives in a team environment and communicates effectively.
