Overview
We are seeking a Technical Publications Specialist to support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and parts catalogs. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs), collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring technical publications are accurate, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable
working with complex technical information in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Download and interpret Bills of Material (BOMs) used to create Parts Catalogs
• Read and understand engineering application drawings for parts catalog development
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and parts catalogs
• Follow established technical publication standards, templates, and organizational structures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical questions and documentation issues
• Create and edit graphics as needed to support technical publications
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Provide weekly project status updates and communicate progress effectively
• Share knowledge and support team members in a collaborative work environment

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a role requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling complex information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
