  • Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments that evaluate the strengths and areas for growth for each client you serve.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate care that addresses both immediate and long-term mental health needs.
  • Advocate for your clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and that they have access to essential community resources and support services.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
