• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments that evaluate the strengths and areas for growth for each client you serve.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
• Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate care that addresses both immediate and long-term mental health needs.
• Advocate for your clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and that they have access to essential community resources and support services.
• Diligently document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in our electronic health records system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences, contributing to collective decision-making and shared learning experiences.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health challenges. Your approach is centered around understanding the cultural and personal contexts of each client to provide tailored, impactful support that respects their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services.
• Experience in performing diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills paired with a commitment to forging strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Dedication to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice.

Experience working in a community health clinic setting or similar environments will be a strong asset, as will previous familiarity with remote therapy platforms. Additional certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) are highly desirable.

• Competitive salary between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
