Chipton-Ross is seeking a Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Must have Active SECRET Clearance
- Proficiency in C/C++ (version 11 or higher for C++)
- Proficiency in Linux systems and Real-Time Operating Environment
- Must have previous HWIL experience working with real-time embedded systems
- Experience with simulation systems
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Looking for experienced C/C++ real-time embedded software engineer with hands-on Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Ada experience
- Full software development life cycle experience
- Experience working in cross-discipline/cross-functional teams
- Git, Gitlab, JIRA
- Agile experience (scrum)
REQUIRED EDUCATION- Accredited Bachelor's Degree
WORK HOURS- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- 1st Shift
