Counter / Inside Sales – Electrical Wholesale
We are an established electrical distributor seeking an experienced Counter / Inside Salesperson to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wholesale environment and understands the needs of electrical contractors, maintenance teams, and builders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, quotes, and order entry
  • Enter stock, direct, back, and special orders with accuracy
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain and restock showroom and counter area for product availability and visibility
  • Communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years experience in electrical wholesale (REQUIRED)
  • Solid knowledge of electrical supply products (conduit, fittings, wire, breakers, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PDFs, and ideally Epicor Solar Eclipse or similar ERP
