Electrical Superintendent

Location: Dallas/Ft Worth Metroples

Our client, a growing and well-respected electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations for a range of projects including car dealerships, healthcare facilities, distribution warehouses, and multifamily high-rise developments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality, on-schedule projects with safety at the forefront.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects.

  • Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.

  • Interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring installations meet design and code requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and foremen to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets.

  • Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, addressing issues promptly.

  • Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting for management.

  • Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.


Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2+ in a field leadership or superintendent role.

  • Proven experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects.

  • Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and reading electrical drawings.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools preferred.

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus.
