We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dedicated care team providing advanced nursing support for an individual with complex medical and rehabilitation needs in a private home setting.

This role is designed for a nurse who brings both strong clinical ability and a calm, grounded presence to patient care. The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive, high attention to detail, dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing high-level medical needs while contributing to a respectful, caring and collaborative care environment. The position involves working closely with caregivers, therapists, and support staff to help maintain the patient’s comfort, safety, progress, and overall quality of life.


Schedule (Shifts available)

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive one-on-one nursing care in a residential setting
  • Perform transfers, repositioning and mobility support to ensure that the patient is in proper alignment
  • Closely monitor and assess patient condition throughout the shift
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Perform airway management and respiratory support interventions
  • Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning as needed
  • Feeding tube management and nutritional support
  • Support bladder and bowel care programs
  • Utilize Hoyer lift equipment and safe transfer techniques
  • Maintain skin integrity through scheduled repositioning and pressure relief
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation providers during therapy sessions
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and family
  • Maintain organized documentation and supply inventory
  • Promote a clean, structured, and supportive care environment
  • Be proactive, extremely attentive and have a high attention to detail
